Somalia Posted July 11, 2012 Puntland doesn't survive on Mogadishu or Somaliland, it hasn't historically and it doesn't now. Faroole is the leader of Puntland, his core interest is well-being of Puntland. And even as the leader of Puntland he has worked in the interest of all Somalis when he single handedly got rid of 4.5 even after others like president Shariif wanted it to be continued.
