Because Galkayo needs a specialist hospital like Manhal but it also needs another hospital to take the load of GMC Hospital. I am still awaiting the opening of this project. While this hospital is needed, I think It would have been more helpful if Manhal supported the Galkio General hospital and put all resoures together in order tangible progress is made. Somalia Posted June 30, 2012 I agree with Samafal. It's the same with the universities. Everyone opens a building a calls it a university, if they coupled it together under the government they could become something. An umbrella organization, such as Puntland State University with Bosaso, Galkacyo and Garowe divisions.
