Don't rule out Shafiq all those who used to benefit from Mubarak era are voting for him, plus all the seculars, the Coptic christians, the middle class and the business men, and he is the son of the army. I don't think the foreign policy of Egypt will change in the near future, the Ikhwan know they have to concentrate providing bread to the poor first and stabilize the countries economy before they do anything about foreign policy and Israel.
