xiinfaniin Posted June 21, 2012 A-Khadar is right m kala go'o ma jiro, Jacaylbaro knows this forum can never be substitute for the political reality on ground both locally , and nationally. Siilaanyo has finally taken a bold step with the cover of international help and in the veneer of national respect , he's doing what those before him could never dare do... good for him. The mark has been put on the question of representation, the composition of committees clearly shows that. This is indeed a welcome development for all those concerned. burahadeer Posted June 21, 2012 Desperate fake unionists can keep dreaming................only thing left with them is argue for what they know deep down their hearts is not attainable.....really can see tears coming down these posts. they even went on deadly rampage everytime talk starts so they can prove to the world that SL is not peaceful. 1-buhoodle few weeks before london conference 2-Lascanod few days before Istanbul conference 3-Today near Ainabo innocents working for DRC killed cos of London conference. Chicken will come home to roast.

You have been saying that for 21 years still wax midnimo ma hayno between Somaliland and Somalia The Political reality on the ground is Somaliland is not giving up its statehood. Siilaanyo is a servant of the nation and he thinks using different methods achieving state recognition should be put in practice we welcome that, so don't get to excited. xiinfaniin Posted June 21, 2012 Xaaji Xunjuf, You are uncharacteristically realist these days with respect to the looming political union, so no argument with you awoowe. Yours is an acceptable insistence on basic human dignity in the face of the sudden demise of a long held ideology of separating Somaliland from Somalia. I totally recognize that, and I & many unionists are willing to grant that dignity in the form of political jargon that affirm the union yet leave a bragging room for your likes to say that SL preserved what it worked so hard and achieved. For those looking for a Somaliland recognition despite the glaring unworkable legal and political obstacles are indeed delusional. EDIT: Siiraanyo is an old man who wishes to change the direction of his people to a positive. True that political realities and entrenched public perception of statehood wont give him smooth transition to release SL from the prolonged (& self imposed) political isolation, but in short span of time, he has shown what he is capable of politically. Time will proof him right, and Faysal Waraabe's children will sing his praises

xiinfaniin Posted June 21, 2012 Some comments are beyond your comprehension, intended only for the consumption of enlightened few in these boards professor Abtigiis included. Hence avoiding assembly of elders such as the one you copied that statement of mine, is the only advice I have for you ya Bura Let xaaji xunjuf represent you, he has graduated from an angry SNM kid to a more mature , realist analyst . I prefer (not necessarily trust) his reads on the current affairs of our lands over yours .
