Baluug Posted December 25, 2005 I actually work in a potato chip factory where they do make bacon flavoured chips and I know for a fact that these ones(at least) contain no meat and are therefore xalaal, because they did use pork in it for a time, but then they realized they were losing Jewish customers because it was not kosher. So they took the pork out and brought in a jewish rabbi who did some sort of retarded ritual, dancing and chanting around it and then left. I was still skeptical, so I checked out the list of ingredients on the seasoning bags and sure enough, there was no more pork! But like I said before, just to be on the safe side, I don't eat it.
