Abtigiis in the Great City of Constantinople~

I have been asking myself this question for a while now, why was our esteemed senior nomad, intellectual and the brightest star among us Dr. Abtigiis not invited to Instanbul, clearly he would have come under our civil society umbrella on his own?

 

Perhaps if not with the above credentials, the ONLF ticket?
