Nur Posted October 12, 2004 Ramadaan Kareem Nomads Like last Ramadan, I have so many thoughts that I'd love to share with you all, but due to the time factor, specially in Ramadan, it becomes difficult to deliver. But, because Sister Rayaanah reminded me of my duty to the Nomads, ( she actually made me look up notes I jotted on my organizer for topics that I wanted to write about ). Below are the list of topics I can share my thoughts with you, so list the 3 topics you wish to read about in Ramadan. 1. You've got a friend, Tackling Pesronal Problems with rock solid convictions. 2. The Value Chain Of Islamic Dawa, An Analyses. 3. A Prisoner On Parole, An Outlook from Inside. 4. How to avoid sins 5. Life is a school, teachers are everywhere 6. Guaranteed Departure, Arrival and Auditing. 7. Obsession with body shapes, and the Hijaab 8. Let us shape how Islam is perceived by Non Muslims, through our kind actions 9. Freedom is like light, the higher the source, the wider its scope. 10. Meet some ONE special, Two things to keep in mind. 11. Run Away from your problems, literally, Long Distance running and Taraawiih Prayers, Soul Body and Mind tuning, an e-Nuri Analogy. Blessed Posted October 13, 2004 Aaah decisions, decisions. The trouble is walaal; all your suggestions sound delish. So can you like cover them all? If not: I've had the subject of the preception of Islam and our role in the current state of Muslims on my brain for some time. Would love to hear other peoples thoughts on it also.. so that would be number ...8. Ramadan Kareem walaaloyaal. Stay true, be blessed!

Baashi Posted October 13, 2004 Nur, Time permitting it would be nice if you can post topics #2 & 11. It does not matter really though any topic from that list will do. Nomads, I had a staff meeting today at my work and the folks were making a big deal about the flu vaccine shortage in the States. I understand having flu in Ramadan is not something to look forward to. Why don't you take precaution and try to get the shot if possible. Info of the flu go to http://www.cdc.gov/flu/keyfacts.htm Ramadan Kariim to all. Nur may Allah reward you for your effort.

NGONGE Posted October 14, 2004 I have to admit that just reading the titles of these topics got me thinking, have no idea how I’ll react if I read any of them. They all sound good, brother. I’m sure we’ll get to read all of them in due course. Jazak Allah Kheer and may your efforts be rewarded with Allah’s mercy and your readers’ with his guidance.
