Carafaat Posted May 28, 2012 Each Somali groups, clan, state, islami group has its own Foreign Policy. We need to coordinate this. Somaliland has historic and good relations with the British. Puntland has bilateral maritime relations with India and other sea faring nations. Ahlu Sunna has Iran and other Shiica countries. Muqdisho and Turkey have a special and historic relations.
