Which article? Wasn't the old rule to arrest Unionist from Somaliland removed from the constitution?

In fact aren't most of them back in hargeysa except for Samater and Buuba? People like Sifir, Kaluun, Abdalle X.Cali,

They were forgiven there is no law that was removed TFG officials if they set foot in Somaliland they will be arrested if they did not ask for forgiveness like qaalib and others. The only law that was removed was that the Somaliland govt can partake in Somalia conferences i don't see that as a green light to allow TFG mps in Somaliland with out being arrested.

They should be charged for fraud for heading to Mogadishu and claiming to represent a people without their consent.

they claim not to represent Somaliland but a certain clan according to 4.5. And that clan lives in many diffrent parts, not only Somaliland.

Do you think Cumer Geelle or Abdi Ileey arrest TFG members from their clans. :D
