The draft constitution was handed over on the 21st of April by the Federal Constitutional Committee to the Prime Minister of TFG Abdiwal. It's been nearly three weeks and the document still has not been made public by the Prime Minister. The questions is why?

 

Why is the draf constitution hidden from the Somali people? What reason could be there to hide the constitution containing the laws and rules of the land, from the same people that it applies to?

Cause it isn't finished, 7 days and it will be published and ratified and there's nothing that can be done afterwards to change it for 7 YEARS!

Non-sense there is a draft version with the TFG. This is the same version that will be handed to the traditional elders, no reason why it cant be published.

 

How else can we advise our illiterate traditional elder.
