Samafal, Hiilqaran and Tajo both want a decentralised unitary state. Sheick Shariif and Culusoow have a right to support a centralized state, because they represent large segments of Somali's.

Markaa, who supports Federalism Samafal?

Ilma adeertiis waa kuwaas ku shiraya Dhuusamareeb si ay dawlad gobeleed u dhistaan, Hiil Qaran waa fikir xisbi markii doorasho lagaaro aan aragno waxay taageero haystaan, Federalism hadii uusan taageero haysan maxaa meel walba looga dhisayaa?

Samafal, ina la dhiso maamul goboleedyo lagama so horjeedo. I support strong States, regions or Provinces. Laakinse faido maleh maamulo ku dhisan qabiil(afcourse they can evolute to become States build on former profincial borders) and most importantly ine gacan ku yeeshaan hadhoow central adminkana looma bahna, laakinse awood gaar ah yeeshan ku saabsan arimaha ee ka masuul yihiin.

Mise waxa rabta mustaqbalka inshallah iney goboloda turub ki ciyaran central adminka? Oo dowladu noqoto paralyzed?

PUNTLANDERS.......What is this?????!!!!!

;=Goldcoast

[This is an embarrassing document that underscores what an entire charade this move towards supposed legitimate administration is. If this is the model federal state and the template through which the system that Somalia should be rebuilt is predicated on, the future is undoubtedly bleak. This underscores how obviously clear it is that Somali politicians have no idea what federalism means or what it entails.

For all the constant posts about how Puntland is fully behind the quest for Somali unity, its frankly laughable that some in this forum are attempting to defend this. Creating a separate passport? Claiming its resources belong solely to the region? Commanding its owned armed forces indefinitely? Separate foreign policy and international relations? Separate central bank? Issuing its own currency? So what exactly makes Puntland a state of a federal Somalia? Is there a single area left? What exactly separates Puntland from Somaliland as far as these documents are concerned. This all but a declaration of secession, without the temerity to pledge for it. The President and politicians who endorsed this joke of a constitution should be ashamed. An affront indeed.]

Nationalists my **s ............. why worry about somaliland recognition when they saying same thing.Hypocrisy much...dadkan afkooda iyo dhegohoodu isma maqlaan.
