Kenya/Uganda may be ahead of Somalia/Somalis in terms of polticics and playing the diplomatic game to their advantage but the wars with alshabab has shown that militarily they are still fairly weak, inexperienced and disorganised. Where is Kenya now and what happened to capturing Kismaayo... or was it never about that but more about a buffer zone to allow oil/gas exploration.
