British Citizenship

^I know. They're usually laws passed through parliament (those laws don't exist in Somalia), procedures put together by for example the Home Office or Border Agency (not done in Somalia)

Actually, it was a general comment. Only those with the skills required for the country to develop should be allowed in (doctors, engineers, nurses etc). Investors as well. Asylum seekers also.

 

I also think that duel nationality for qurbojoog Somalis should have a process. They must have been in the country for at least a month in their lifetime

I like the Swiss model. Let every clan or State decide who joins them and they nominate for Somalism.
