Its seems something serious is going on the secessionist enclave, what makes this rather thoughtfully calm and educated doctor speak like this? Blessed Posted April 18, 2012 He kept his practice open ( few nights a week) due to demand, he's the best (or may be only) Neurologist in Hargaisa but sadly, in the words of Hadrawi 'rag siyaasi wada noqay'.
