I think there is too much isyeelyeel here because I can't imagine any grown person with his right mind thinking this consitution is anything more than a blueprint for local governance. Puntland is part of Somalia. Its people are proud Somalis. Our capital is Mogadishu. How Puntland local goverment conducts its own local affairs is upto the locals there so long as Somali unity is protected and every Somali resident there is treated equally.

If they could just look at the cover of these very craft, it says " CONSTITUTION OF THE REGIONAL PUNTLAND STATE OF SOMALIA, yet they will still argue over semantics.
