Sabriye amp co. Posted January 13, 2008 The impressive Villa side groomed up into a force to be reckoned with in only into the second season of MON... Do you think they can keep up their impressive form? or will they miss out like Reading did last year.. What do you guys think?
N.O.R.F Posted January 13, 2008 MON is doing good things at Villa. With a few decent buys in th right places they will have a good top 6 side.
Sabriye amp co. Posted January 14, 2008 There up against liverpool next and since their on same points i guess there fighting for 4th place at the moment and thats more then UEFA Cup.
A.J. Posted January 14, 2008 Doc, i dont think so. Liverpool are bound to go on a good run sooner rather then later, in which they leave the likes of Everton and Man City behind let alone Aston Villa. Villa are doing well but i think 6th is the best they can hope for
Sabriye amp co. Posted January 15, 2008 i can see why You regard liverpool as a more likley top 4 then villa. man City is arguable but everton is an insult to villa. I guess you judge by the prious season finish then by how the two teams played against each other the current season so far.
A.J. Posted January 15, 2008 Doc, I judge purely on current form. Everton have looked stronger then Aston Villa. Outside what is generally considered to be the top 4 they are the strongest contenders along with Man City. If villa was to depose either of these two i think it would be Man City. N.O.R.F Posted January 21, 2008 LFC after a bit of a scare.
Sabriye amp co. Posted January 21, 2008 More than a scare it was.. Villa should have come away with all 3 point. Fortunately for the reds, A fluky crouch of was there to their rescue
N.O.R.F Posted January 23, 2008 ^^That was a lucky draw for LFC.
Fabregas Posted January 23, 2008 Astone Villa have a good manger but they still have a long way 2 go. Everton are probably one of the most improved teams in the premiership and it shows hot sticking with your manager nad building a team over a period of time brings success. David Moyes had one bad season adn they didn't sack him like other teams tend to do. Plus Tottenham are emerging team as well as Mancity, West Ham have all spent more money than Villa and Villa need to strenghten their squad to compete with those teams. Sabriye amp co. Posted January 23, 2008 Northerner.. I hope this changes your belittling views on Our dead ball specialists of the PL. GJ... Villa beat Everton 2-0 so far this season and was on same point before this latest fixture and I think 1 point behind due to Liverpool rescuing a point in the dying minutes at anfield against a bold villa. Mancity has to do a little better to keep up with Villa i'd say and west ham is just having a run. While we at it. Both of the scorers at the last game between Man city and Westham are former villa men. *just had to say that....
N.O.R.F Posted January 25, 2008 ^^When did I belittle them saxib?
