Somalia Posted April 9, 2012 This is the first edition of the hunt for the statues. 1. Taken by who? 2. Why? What did they do to anyone? 3. Will they return? If so, when? 4. Are they the symbolic key to peace? I don't know, I don't know, I am just asking questions here..
Chimera Posted April 9, 2012 1. Warlords 2. Nothing, here in Britain you have scrap-metal thieves that even loot war-memorials to the point that many have been converted into stone by caretakers to prevent destruction. 3. Yes, 100%, when there is peace. 4. They are symbolic to our history, but the reconstruction of the statues and the establishment of more, (for other figures) will also be a symbol of the new dawn rising in the Somali Republic.
