Oba- dadka ay maamulayaan waa soomaali, Somalis don't care about how educated and clean they are, everything is clan based. The day will come when people will be selected on merit not clan, but not in the near future. until people are disarmed the 4.5 formula seems to be the solution.

4.5 is not a bad way of sharing power the 4 major clans share power no one can cry and say its not fair the minority clans should make it a full like 5.0 that's fair perhaps.
