We know we cannot beat them at there own style...so at least congratulate the ten men who put their lives in the two legs. We played a style of football that worked over 180 minutes. Just because it isn't pleasing on the eye to everyone doesn't make it anti-football. What is the obsession with tippy tappy football? Barca passed it on the edge of Chelsea's penalty area for about 8 minutes then got nowhere. Cech sent a long ball forward and Drogba had a shot on the side netting! We were down 2-1 at the half and everyone was saying how the sky was falling I said let's see what kind of adjustments we make and we did enough to stifle the mighty Barcelona. Sxb To do it on that stage on the road against the "greatest team in European football" and without our two cornerbacks was just an incredible performance.
