Somalia Posted April 5, 2012 Yes, I wouldn't want to destroy your fountain of knowledge. 13%, I guess you thought 10% wouldn't be believable, neither would 15% or 20% so you settled on 13%. Wow.

Mooge Posted April 5, 2012 lol.work. recoving already failed numbers with that 13% bs. loool. here is Adiweli paper Predictive Content of Corruption for Growth In this section, the predictive content of corruption for growth is investigated using the Granger-Causality test, which helps determine whether the corruption index contains additional information about subsequently realized growth rates beyond what is already contained in the past history of actual GDP growth rates. The Granger-causality equations explain how much of the current GDP growth rate can be explained by past GDP growth rates and whether adding lagged values of corruption can improve the explanation. The GDP growth rate is Granger-caused by corruption if corruption helps in the prediction of the GDP growth rate or if the coefficients on lagged corruption are statistically significant. where G is the growth rate of GDP, C is corruption, and _ is a disturbance term. Corruption Granger-causes growth if _a _ a2k _ 0. In that case, corruption provides information about the subsequently realized GDP growth rates beyond what is already contained in the past history of actual GDP growth rates. Similarly, GDP Grangercauses corruption if _b _ a3k _ 0. In that case, GDP growth rates have information about corruption beyond what is already contained in the past history of corruption. The results of the Granger-causality test are reported in Table 4. As the table shows, corruption Granger-causes the GDP growth rate, implying that corruption has information about the subsequently realized GDP growth rate beyond what is already contained in the past history of the GDP growth rate. In contrast, GDP fails to Grangercause corruption and has no predictive content beyond what is already contained in the past history of corruption. Recovering-Romantics Posted April 5, 2012 It's understandable that folks from Puntland have to defend & justify the excessive corruption by Abdiweli for clan reason. But this doesn't make the facts go away & nor does it hide the consistent betrayal & back-stabbing Abdiweli's Government is engaged in by shipping the tax revenue generated from Mogadishu elsewhere & by failing to pay the men & women fighting to defend the TFG. It's a treacherous betrayal & am glad folks are waking up to it. Per TFG, the Banadir Administration is mandated 15% cut from the revenue generated from Mogadishu Port & Airport; under Abdiweli, this has evaporated to ZERO. This comes directly from a senior Official from the Ministry of Finance. Local government (Benadir Administration): The budget revenue for Benadir administration is accruable from the port of Mogadishu charges and is factored at 15% of the total collections. The port as over the years generated above the 15%. http://www.somaliareport.com/downloads/Audit_Investigative_Report___2011_Consolidatedx.pdf Good luck refuting that
Mooge Posted April 5, 2012 ^ your mixing two things. youre embarrasing yoruself. that report was for 2011. loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool. the argument is the money is now zero. what evidence do you have? nothing. your uncle said it is zero and your other uncle coming to minestoa you were going to ask him. looool. Somalia Posted April 5, 2012 Mooge It's not just that it is from 2012, it hasn't got anything to do with what he said. He said; A certain percentage (13%) was allocated to the Banadir State & it was discontinued after the Abdiweli took office . What the hell does that have to do with the port's revenue? The port has generated more during Abdiweli and the airport has doubled but that isn't even to his credit. This guy has a problem with qabiil.
