Somalia Posted March 31, 2012 It sure is. Did the design change or is that a temporary roof as I have been told due to raining season?
Dr_Osman Posted March 31, 2012 Somalia its temporary roofing but not for rainy seasons, I don't know who told you that but what my dad told me is its for when the signing of the constitution happens because the full parliament design and internal equipments can't be completed by then!!! Farole will wlc all delegates to this historic day and run through some pre-written spew and then say its historic day we are signing our constitution at parliament square and then he will say weli wax badan ayaa ka harsan dhismaha iyo dhamaystirkiisa and continue onto the agenda item ratifying the puntland constitution
Dr_Osman Posted April 1, 2012 Farole wa niin waalan, he wants everything to happen when he says so even though the timetable for parliament was 8 months. It was supposed to open August this year. So when he gave these orders mubarak construction came up with an idea to have temporary roofing for them to sign on and they will finish the grounding for parliament. It answers farole demands of signing the constitution, while still allowing for him to say their is still work continuing on the parliament and it will be officially opened at a later time
