Nin-Yaaban Posted March 29, 2012 Charges upgraded in triple shooting Charges have been upgraded against a 19-year-old in connection with last Friday's fatal triple shooting in Ottawa's east end. Zakaria Dourhnou has been charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 20-year-old Khalid Doreh at a home on Borthwick Avenue. Dournhou was accused of being an accessory to murder in the death of Yazdan Ghiasvand Ghiasi, the 16-year-old who was shot to death in a drug-related murder on December 6, 2010. He pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of obstructing justice and served a year in jail. Good job for letting him out so he could go kill more.
