OK that might be true at the local level, but Somaliland is not sincere about dialogue, you need to send the clan that has grievances from the state. Rayaale was part of Siyad Bare's junta so he was the part of the problem. You don't want to negotiate with some guy who's looking over his shoulder and can not give any concessions.

I think former Politician omar arte qaalib should be included as he was one of the key reconciliation organizers in the conferences in 1993 he took part of the Somaliland political reconstruction in the mid and late 90s. And also very knowledgeable when it comes to Koonfurian affairs as he was once their first Minister or prime prime minister when the regime fell in 1991. Mr Cawil former Somaliland finance minister should also be included 3 MPS from the guurti should be included Mr Dhugad and Haaji Abdikarim and Indho indho.

You should correct the name of the former president his name is Daahir rayaale kahin and not riyaale.
