Hmm. Didn't know the EU committed 175 million euros to Somaliland. Don't even remember that being announced.

XX, Somaliland is going well maanshallah. But against the EU we need to have a bigger weight. I have worked with those EU institutions and even bigger African countries are powerless. So I propose Somaliland and Somalia try to combine capacity and weight. Otherwise we will have little effect, even on the so called donor funding we have little influence.
