Only two days ago an oil field has being found on the coast of Ireland, first of its kind, how long did the exploration, tests and drills took, 10 years, and that is in the middle of the ocean, a Western nation we are talking about, what about in the land and in the middle of the sahara and rocky environment, you expect production to start within two months of announcement about possible oil.
