I was told that Mansuur will be a completely separate city from El Daahir town. They are not the same , in other words.

Can we please have 5 homes up and completed at the very least before calling some place a city? why not Mansur town or is that not enough for somali village pride? Perhaps this is in line with all the 'doctors' from bariga we got running around.
