Dr_Osman Posted March 12, 2012 M/weyne Farool: Xilliga dawladu waa shan (5) sano ee sidaa ha loo ogaado. Mon, 12 Mar 2012 07:38:35 -0400 am -04:00 -14400 Garowe, Mar 11 - Xafladii xalay lagu shaaciyey muddaynta afti u qaadida dastuurka Puntland ayaa M/weyne Faroole waxaa uu ku sheegay in xilliga golayaashu dawladu uu yahay shan (5) sano; waxaa u intaas raaciyey in dadku ay sidaa u ogaadaan oo aan muran la galin isaga oo xiganaya is-badel ay xukuumadii isaga ka horaysay ee Cadde Muuse ay ku samaysay dastuurka. Xubno ka mid ah mucaaradka xukuumada M/weyne Faroole ayaa sheegay in xilliga xukuumadu uu yahay afar (4) sano, ayna tahay in doorashooyinka la qabto 8-da bisha Janaayo, 2013. Xil. Maxamed Yusuf Axmed oo hore uga tirsanaa baarlamaanka Puntland ayaa sheegay in dawlada hadda jirta xilligeedu uu yahay afar sano, haddii la yiraahdo waa shan sanana ay tahay khiyaano aan la qaadan karin. Xil. Axmed oo u waramay barnaamijka Caawa & Daljir ayaa sheegay in shacabka Puntland ay ka fiirsadaan hoodadada uu wado M/weyne Faroole ee la doonayo in rabitaanka shacabka lagu marin habaabiyo. Waxaa uu sheegay in laga fiirsado lifaaq uu sheegay in la raaciyey dastuurka, kaas oo dhigaya in xilliga xukuumada iyo baarlamaanku uu yahay shan sano, taasina ay ka soo horjeedo dastuurka sharciga ah ee Puntland oo ah kii M/weyne Faroole naf ahaantiisa lagu doortay. Waxaa uu intaas ku daray in M/weyne Faroole naf ahaantiisu uu 2008-dii ka diiday madaxweynihii ka horeeyey Cadde Muuse in xilliga dawladu yahay shan sano, Faroolana aan laga yeelin. Sharciga dhigaya in xilliga dawldu yahay shan (5) sano waxaa uu dhaqan gal noqon karaa oo keliya marka la ansixiyo dastuurka ayuu yiri. Waxaa jira dareen dhiilo xambaarsan oo ka soo yeeraya dhinacyo badan oo ka mid ah mucaaradka xukuumada M/weyne Faroole oo bilaabay olole siyaasadeed oo ay isugu diyaarinayaan doorashooyinka golayaasha dawlada oo ay leeyihiin waa in la qabtaa bisha Janaayo, 2013. Waxaa ay intaas ku dareen in wixii ka dambeeya bisha December, 2012 golayaasha dawlada xilligoodu dhici doono, sharci ahaanna aanay ahayn dawlad rasmi ah, loona baahan yahay doorashooyin madax bannaan. Tani waxaa ay horseed u noqon kartaa khilaaf dastuuri ah, haddii aan xal laga gaarin ka hor dhammaadka sannadkan, oo dhalin kara khilaad siyaasadeed oo la mid ah kii 2000-kii. Dr_Osman Posted March 12, 2012 Listen as far as im concerned Farole presidency ends in 2013 January, I remember when he took office and I put that in my calendar as the election date for the next election. Thats what I was expecting, We need a democratic, transparent and accountable government for its people and farole is not being transparent regarding these illegal presidential extension terms, I remember hearing about the presidential term being extended, however I ignored it because at that time it was mere rumours and then I heard it was brought before parliament and then I was like "oh ok this is serious" and after that I never heard of it again. Farole the last thing puntland needs to today is another constitutional war!!! step down gracefully if you are elected out of office like cade muse did for you and don't cause any more pain to these people who see hope!!! Carafaat Posted March 12, 2012 Dr.Osman, 2012 is Somalia most important and crucual year in terms of deciding a direction for the future. And Puntland is out of the game, he. His term is ending, Puntland will be paralyzed by elections, oppossition and a President who has no mandate. Puntland should take a rest this year. Come back in 2013
General Duke Posted March 12, 2012 Puntland won't have any issues. The people will decide the fate of the admin.

Carafaat Posted March 12, 2012 So you think Faroole has no mandate after the end of his 4 year term?
General Duke Posted March 12, 2012 What I think is, that the people of Puntland will decide his fate. If the people decide to give him and future admins an extra year then so be it. Faroole's power comes from the people and because of the chair that he sits on.
Carafaat Posted March 12, 2012 You sound critical towards Faroole. What if a majority of the 66 clan appointed MP's decide to give him a extra year, will you except his extra long mandate?
General Duke Posted March 12, 2012 Don't worry what I think. I am a staunch supporter of Puntland and in the end what will decide my position is what's good for the people of Puntland.
Carafaat Posted March 12, 2012 General Duke, it suprises me you still support him. the folks of Galkacyo seem to stopped supporting him, they have warned Faroole to visit the city, and he hasnt for almost 4 years. While its the city next to Garowe, very hard to ignore that fact. Golgogod folks even created their own admin. How likely is it that you create your own, Mudugland. Xaaji Xunjuf Posted March 12, 2012 Carafaat it all comes down to clan politics Faroole shelled the Garowe parliament when he was a minister during general tuute muuse's reign. He will have another year mark my words.
General Duke Posted March 12, 2012 Faroole is the President of the State and the title accords him respect. What matters no is the end of the TFG transition, the Oil drilling these two points are paramount. When his time comes he will leave just like the others left.
