I think out of hate you are trying to find more issues. The tow states share religion, language and nationality. Thus there will not be many different issues the common law will be the same. The only difference I would forsee maybe in terms of taxes other than that there will be no major issues.

 

Again this has worked in many countries and the people of Galkacyu will have open borders and trade. It seems you do t understand what federalism is.
