I believe the corruption in TFG is exagerated for political purpose both from within and without Somalia, the UN wastes most of the money plus very few gov give money to the TFG. The EU spent 300m dollars in Somalia in the past 3 years and most of it went to AMISOM the same applies to US funds....The TFG has 58m Dollars to run a whole Gov, pay ministers, pay police and soldiers, run a war, fund it's Embassy's fund unruly MP's .... etc

 

Hopefully with the new financial board the world will fund the somali government. If not, then it should start collecting taxes properly......from Livestock, agriculture, Telecom, Hawalas, property tax, land tax, business tax, corporate tax, road tax, sales tax....etc!!
