N.O.R.F Posted January 25, 2008 I remember Villa playing Inter in the Eufa cup and beating them at Villa Park 2-0. They lost 3-0 at the San Siro two weeks later but 2 of those goals should not have been allowed. Klinsman was playing for Inter back then. So was Brehme (the guy who scored vs Argentina in 1990 WC Final) but not sure if Matheus was there. I always had respect for Villa cos they played decent football. Posted January 25, 2008 I know its was all dough ellis fault! the greedy fool wanted to recruit managers who spent very little on record until things got really bad and villa found them selfs on the second half of the premier league table and he had to bring in david O'leary who just couldn't turn things around.
