The president signed and recognize and one of the deputy prime minister is unrecognizing Khatumo state.. Seems a show down between them. This was expected..

Do you have president sh sharif his signature i think he said we welcomed khaatumo to Mogadishu as we thought they are all So Somalis but thats about it. Either way this governments mandate is ending in a few months time.

It doesnt mak sense though. He says "after reviewing this" and "re-reading that" and "re-checking this", I came to the conclusion X. Surely they should have done all reading and checking and reviewing of the 'rules' before publicly proclaiming things.
