My reasoning that Puntland palace will be huge is because, 1. The current governor is grand as it is, so I doubt it will overshadow the palace. 2. It was shown to djibouti envoy so it may be as grand. 3. The parliament being built is huge so you'd expect nothing less for the palace. So it is safe to assume it will be a villa puntland.
