Juxa Posted March 3, 2012 Malika yes they were called cida carabta but when saying cida J it was said with contempt even as children knew the difference Oh well I accept we can eradicate ignorance within the Walls of sol but we can shame deregotary conduct and behaviour by calling it what it is
Blessed Posted March 3, 2012 LooL Nuune, ma aragtaa anything goes on that website marmar, you should create a page for you tribe of Somali jinn. Malika;798234 wrote: As someone whom came from generations born outside Somalia, I tell you this - I remain or shall I say we remained Somalis. We were never going to be a Zulu or a Mchaga - reallity is that, we weren't genetically part of the society we lived in. It's the same now , I can claim to be British but will never be English. Marka, the bantu Somalis are nationally Somalis but not ethnically - thus will remain on the margins of the Somalis... I don't think such comparisons can be made here, Malika. See you may never be English because you are a recent immigrant. However, the English peoples are historical made up of a collection of peoples from what's now known as the Scandinavia nations and Germany. Similarly, for the Somali, our origins ( according legend) lie in the ME and the across the horn. What has never settled well with me is that the larger groups tend claim that they trace their origins to great Arab sheikhs iyo wax lagu faano and yet the smaller Somali tribal groups across Somalia are said to be of unfavourable origin. Waxbaa gadfan!
nuune Posted March 3, 2012 Blessed, as Jinns we don't have such portals as the internet or computer screens, we go with the follow, at least I multitask whomever I interact with, Jinns, or insi. Technology is something of a past for Jinnis when they were mad about it 7 million years ago, that is 89 million human years.

Raamsade Posted March 4, 2012 Juxa;798283 wrote: Yes lads iyagaa loogu yimid. The Jubba and shabelle residents kasoo baar taariqda. This can not possibly be true. Jareers are Bantu people and the Bantu expansion, originating in modern day Cameroon-Nigeria region, never advanced north of the Tana River in Kenya. Somalis and their ancestors have been in the Horn of Africa since time immemorial. This is why even today the immediate neighbours of Somalis in the NFD and Somali Galbeed are either Nilo-Saharans like Hamer, Mursi, Masai, Kalenjin, Luo or Cushites like Oromo, Rendille, Borana, Afars. The Bantu arrival in Horn post-dates that of Somalis by at least 1000 years.

Carafaat Posted March 4, 2012 There is so much ignorance about our identity, Ethnicity and culture. But irrelevent of the ignorance, Somali Bantu's are Somali citizens and Sijui's are tanzanian and kenyans with no vote or share in Somalia's affairs. Wait till the we have elections and who will finally have a significant share and voice in Somalia. For sure it wont be the qurbojoogs, sijui's.
