This is the guy who did it and he's not from Puntland. He used the names of most of Puntland journalists and some from Mogadishu and their signatures to claim support from the UN agencies that support this sector.

 

It has nothing to do with Puntland, it has even nothing to do with Puntland journalists, in fact they are the victims here. That's the summary of this report.
