Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted February 12, 2012 Typical 'Americano' mentality -- wax walba qori ku dhamee ama ku xali waaye. Sick culture they have in those southern states. Waa jaahil waliba badow kasii ah. Wax uu waalidnimo ka ogyahayna iska yar. I hope she runs away, aan aragno qofka ka shalaayo then.
Aaliyyah Posted February 12, 2012 minus the gun part which actually sort of shocked me lol..I honestly think he made an amazing point. Kids nowadays are beyond spoiled. If I was him I would have just sold the damn laptop and got some of my money back lol. anyways, he comes across like a tough dad, something many kids need...kudos to him! salaam
Miskiin-Macruuf-Aqiyaar Posted February 12, 2012 That sound of gunfire Soomaaliya i soo xasuusisay. I hadn't heard about it since 2003 after aan Xamar booqday. Waa surreal. Ar maxaa necbaa dhawaaqaas, especially when you don't know meesha ka dhaceyso iyo meeshee u soo socoto during early '90s of civil war and of my childhood. They used to tease me sariirta hoosteeda gali jiray fuleynimo darteeda markee dagaalada socdeen 1991/2. Been badanaa.
Aaliyyah Posted February 12, 2012 ^lol@ sariirta hosteeda gali jiray..You probably did! but then again you were a kid at the time. Even older ppl were probably scared..naftu way macantahay. My family haven't witnessed the hamar war we left there a bit before. But, we were there the 88 war in hargaisa I was like 9 months or so..but my mother baa inta ka shekeesa and just like you "she hates to hear gun shots" whenever we are watching a movie she would say something along those lines "xabad been ah baad dawanasaan" and she retells the experience she had in the 88 war..my family was stuck in hargaisa for 16 days. I am sure it was scary! but I was a baby so I don't recall. Thank God! salaam
Narniah Posted February 12, 2012 Considering that she had the audacity to say the things she said about her parents on her fb, I think she deserved having her laptop shot. Her dad seems like a cool dad, I think he knew that this was the only way to finally get through to his rebellious daughter after many previous failed attempts. If your Dad has a .45, you better stay in line! lol
