Somaliland are not going to win a war there. local people always will have the upper hand. the more clashes, the more clan war the conflict became and quicker this will be done for Khaatumo State

the game is over for somaliland in Khaatumo State, they are not welcome the whole khaatumo state, personality change or policy change will not help to remain any where in khaatumo state. the clock in laascaanod is ticking, it is just matter of time.
