The vampire should finally face the justice and pay for his atrocities during his rule. I wonder of all the crazy criminals in Somalia, why him? I do not see any of the major people behind the after math of the country, who by the way also live in the diaspora, being targeted. One also has to wonder, why the hypocrisy? If we are interested in truth and justice, lets start with the ones who truly were responisble for what happen. Because only then, will going after people like samatar make sense. Abtigiis, I do think you have limited information of this case; this is not a criminal case; it is a civil case. If Ali Samater is found guilty he will not be jailed nor deported from USA. He may be fined some amount of money and I am sure thousands of Somalis in USA are ready to help him out as they have already decided to finance his defence. But the good thing is that if he is found not guilty the plaintiffs and American lawyers who are misleading these clueless Somalidiids will be sued for damages which could be millions of USA dollars to compensate Ali Samater for all expenses he incurs, the price of time value he loses, for defamation of his character and that of his immediate family members, slander, any psychological disorder he may suffer cuz of this, the list goes. So, cidna ha baryin Cali Samater, waxay qaadaan bay lee yihiin…..

Why pick on the defenseless ones after you discriminate and rape his people in Caynabo anyway?

Abwaan Posted February 6, 2012 JB and XX...Is Cali Samatar only to blame for what happened in Northern Somalia back in the 80s? Is that how your justice works, let us just go after one man? I wonder what power that will give you guys! Remember a lot of Somalis were victims under Siyad Barre's government, diyaaradaha un baad dheereydeen Soomaalida kale iyo bililiqo xooggan laakiin inta kale waa la idinla qabay. Under your leadership-na dad baa hadda victims ah. Ogaada what goes around comes around. Adinka amase adeeryaalkiinna maalin baa sidaas maxkamad la idiin saari ee caddaaladda diyaar u ahaada! Taleexi Posted February 6, 2012 Classical selective justice at its finest. How many criminals are roaming in Hargeisa, Las Anod, Galkaio, Beledwein, Mogadishu to all the way to Kismaio...... but they all have one common denominator - they just happen to be from so called major clans.
