OdaySomali Posted January 28, 2012 I am genuinely convinced that a TV cannot enrich someone's life. Just as a general question, on average how many hours a week do SOL'ers watch TV.

Archdemos Posted January 29, 2012 Narniah I cannot thank Person of Interest enough for introducing me to this wonderful artist, fun show and great artist. Beautiful, sultry and the soulful Chan Marshall. My all time favourite list of TV shows. Breaking Bad, The Wire The Shield Terriers (inexplicably canned, still hurts) Dexter Weeds Friday Night Lights I'm sure the Sopranos should be in there also but i haven't seen it yet. Oday i get your point about TV these days, but i usually download my shows and watch an episode at the very end of a long day, a little bit of escapism is needed i think. Otherwise i do love watching interesting and well researched documentaries most of the time. In fact i would say thats what i watch most of the time as they can be quite educational. Would you believe me if I said I do not watch TV at all. I don't like TV either, even the news brings nothing but gloom and depression my way, ha iska maqnaado. I did spend most of my teens sitting stupefied in front of the box, however. So, I'm probably t.ved out.
Malika Posted January 29, 2012 I have been lately captured by this nature documentary called Earth-flight - perhaps subconsciously, I wish I was these birds - flying away to exotic places..lol http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b018xsc1 ps. I also have been tuning in to the African Cup of Nation - rather unusual for me, again - it has to be my desire to be in Africa...
