Xaaji Xunjuf Posted January 29, 2012 The zack I know the common protocol that a head of state from another country should be welcomed by another head of state or the head of government but what does this change on the ground. How many times was sharif welcomed by other head of states all over the world this how ever will not change anything on the ground. Sharif went for the african union summit in adis ababa who said it was an official state visit. So stop hating on you're president or is he not you're president or are you speaking for the other side:D
