Dr_Osman Posted January 28, 2012 A similar issue happened in Bosaso recently Some locals thought it oil-tanker spilling oil into the sea that caused the fish to come out onto land, but the government's official response was a migration time for the fish leaving the strong monsoon winds in the red-sea.
