On July 20, 2011, Isse was appointed Somalia's Minister of Defence and a Deputy Prime Minister by the new Premier Abdiweli Mohamed Ali. He succeeded Abdihakim Mohamoud Haji-Faqi in office. Carafaat Posted January 22, 2012 He doesnt hail from Somaliland. He hails from Somalia, he was born there, his fam is from there, he has property there. Only most of his clan are from Somaliland.
