Fiqikhayre Posted January 16, 2012 Today Monday 16th January the name of the new State has been announced as Khaatumo State of Somalia. It will have: 1. President and two Vice Presidents who will serve each for 6 months with the two Vice exercising equal power 2. A Parliament whose number hasn't been announced 3. A cabinet which will have 6 Ministers 4. Also an upper house for the traditional elders 5. And a guiding committee of a group called G9, the former G6 + 3 new members.
