galia Posted January 15, 2012 Apparently SSC fighters have been banned in seeking refugee in Puntland by Garoowe authorities. So they had to seek refugee in Ethiopia to re-mobilize and organizes their fighters. Injured SSC fighters are also been treated in ethiopia, so far no help from Puntland whatsoever.
