Ceerigaabo, the next Gaalkacyo????

With KH2 busy on defining the borders of the newly born SSC state, the tricky question will be the district of Ceerigaabo. Will it be the next Gaalkacyo where there is three states (Puntland, Galmudug, and the new West Puntland State).
