If we should learn one thing from our own recent history is that we need to create a genuine system of governance andd justice equal for all and not more foreign funds and weapons. General Duke Posted January 14, 2012 Nonsense, Why must Puntland Oil be like Nigeria and nor Qatar? Actually Qatar is closer to Puntland in distance terms and culture than Nigeria. Stop wih the hating. The Oil will bring in cash, jobs and development. This will improve the living standard of the region and improve the provision of services.
