MoonLight1 Posted January 8, 2012 We always hear the Somaliland politicians saying the the SSC Garaads took part on signing the breakaway deceleration in Burco 1991. can anyone get us and post here a copy of this document, if it exists it must be somewhere in Burco or Hargeysa. So this is the 64 thousand dollar question. WHERE ARE THE DOCUMENTS??????????? lets see the proof and the signature of Garaad C/Qani. Good answer, but not very good one. you guys are the ones making the claim so bring it, lets see, then we'll support your cause. most of the major documents of major agreements since 1991 is available on the net, e.g the SSDF USC peace treaty in Galkacyo 1991, the formation of Puntland signatures, the 2009 Galkacyo agreemement between pl and the federal, The Cali Mahdi Caydiid ceasefire, all these and many others are there to be seen, but where is the Burco documents.
