Listen im not jealoust at all and happy either way somaliland takes this. Xaaji your very immature and just want Somaliland to be known as having the best ICT in the nation. Thats your only objective to say "Look at you Puntland your still on dial-up and locals in somaliland have faster speeds then ppl in europe". Adeer the project is in full gear the security of the nation is protected by the Somaliland security forces one of the most capable armed forces in the horn of africa.
