Dr_Osman Posted December 24, 2011 Farms are crucial we dont want to rely on imported agriculture, its cost four times the price if u had it local due to transporting and so forth!!! Please note that was nearly 2 years ago the film. Its alot larger the farms now Irrigation is a must and is apart of the Bossaso Urban Planning System. That whole side will be irrigation farms with irrigation systems, I hope other cities in Puntland learn from this. The agriculture minister recently declared he would be doing a census on how many farms, farmers, and setting up chamber of agriculture where all the farmers will be united under that similar to the chamber of commerce.
