Freedom Posted December 22, 2011 Hargeisa (Somalilandpress)-Dahabshiil Company rewards brand new Toyota Crown to the player that scored the first goal of Somaliland national tournament held in Burao two weeks ago. The player by the name of Mr. Mohamoud Abdi Hasan known as “Gofindha” who is member of team Marodi Jeh football which also won the whole tournment was given the vehicle. A well organized ceremony held in Kaah Hotel for the vehicle rewarding and was attended by head of public relations of Dahabshiil Company and officials from other branches of the company. Head of Public Relations officer for Dahabshiil Mr. Hasan Mohamed Jama Xiis spoke at the ceremony as he was quick to say that Dahabshiil made a promise to reward the first play who scored at the tournment a new vehicle and it kept the promise. Mr. Hasan said, “It is great pleasure for us to present the award to the Mr. Mohamoud Abdi,as a company we would like to congratulate the achievement made by the team representing the region of Marodi Jeh and Mr. Mohamoud Abdi.” On the other hand, the player thanked Dahabshiil Company for giving him the award. Marodi Jeh football manager Mr. Diridhaba also spoke at the ceremony and briefed the different stages that this team went through regarding the tournament. He expressed thanks to the company and the tremendous efforts that they made in motivating the young players in the country.
