Dr_Osman Posted December 17, 2011 Yes Xaaji, I read it but farole said the 20th and no later even if that means a couple of days. I don't know how lenient he will be about the matter he might just suck it in and accept it but he could totally go another direction. His quite unpredictable and he is one of the first leaders in Puntland diverse politics and who sits in the secessionist camp that has reached the top office of the state and his policy are seccession orientated and he has alot of people that sympathise with him in regards to that matter. In Puntland you have various degrees of politics. 1. Seccessionists who want to see an indepedent puntland. 2. Unionists by far the stronger camp. 3. Development people. 4.
